The problem with having your head strapped to a mike like that, is you can’t get away from it, and you can’t use any mike technique. It’s on your face, and that’s that.

Oh Man! Great, GREAT lesson! I played this tune when I was 14 years old! I was a prodigy and the bass player helped me tremendously! He worked it out exactly how you did with 323! And he kept me going when I stumbled a LOT in the beginning...YOU are such a wonderful teacher! The guys at MI are lu"ky to have you! You have an amazing bedside manner and can play the heck out of the drums! Thank you for taking me way back to some great memories!

Gravity blast and switching hands is fine, but it doesn't sound as good as just one handed finger blast, it's not as accurate and snappy. When you hear Frost play The Scorn Torrent by Satyricon... that's the best sounding blast beat I know. The last 3 min are just insane, he sustains that beat for so long...
